Shipping & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please
read our returns and cancellations policy below.

1. Returns

You must notify us within 72 hours of receiving your goods if you are not completely satisfied. Returns must be made within: 30 days of receipt for most products. 14 days for timber products. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a new, unused condition, together with
your customer advice note. – Non-stock, made-to-order or bespoke products are non-refundable
(unless faulty). – Opened items can only be returned if they are faulty. – We can only replace items
with identical products. Additional items will need to be placed as a new order.

2. Refunds

Refunds exclude the original delivery charge (unless the item is faulty or an error was made on
our part). – Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving your return, using the same
payment method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is
damaged, faulty, or incorrect. In those cases, we will refund your delivery charge and cover return
shipping costs.

3. Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at
[email protected]. We may ask for photos to help assess the issue. – We will
arrange a refund, repair, or replacement at no extra cost to you.

4. Order Cancellations

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Goods must
be returned in new and unused condition, in the original packaging, with a copy of your receipt. –
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation. Please note: online processing/payment
fees of 2.5% (up to a maximum of £25) will be deducted from your refund.

5. Free Gifts

From time to time, free gifts may be offered with your order. If you return an order for a refund, any
free gifts must also be returned. If not, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
